This policy explains what information Oakbridge Flooring LLC (“we”) receives through this website and how we use it.

Information you send us

When you request an estimate, we receive what you type in the form: your name, phone number, email (optional), town or ZIP code, the service you need, when you would like to start and your message. If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you send.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your estimate, and schedule and carry out your project. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Form submissions reach us through a third-party form service, and this website is hosted by a web hosting company. They handle the data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which sections are viewed and which buttons are tapped. Google may set cookies (such as _ga) to do this. These reports are aggregated and do not tell us who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your browser also remembers your theme and language choices, and a draft of the estimate form if you leave before sending it, on your own device (local storage). That information is not sent to us until you submit the form, and the draft is deleted when you do.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and project records only as long as we need them to serve you and for our normal business records.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us. Just contact us using the details below.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
